This adapter supports Power Delivery and DP Alt mode. DP Alt mode makes it possible to transfer non-USB signals through the USB-C™ connection. DP Alt Mode can send out video signals through the USB-C™ port, which makes it possible to connect a TV, monitor or projector to the USB-C™ port.
The USB-C™ female connector on the back of the converter is designed for charging with Power Delivery
