The Crestron DM‑NAX‑BTIO‑1G is a single-gang Audio-over-IP wall plate designed to integrate seamlessly into DM NAX networks, offering a flexible and compact solution for local audio access. Powered entirely via PoE, it includes both a stereo analog line I/O (via concealed 3.5 mm TRS jacks) and a built-in Bluetooth® 5.2/5.3 sink, enabling easy wireless streaming from phones, tablets, or laptops. Audio from both Bluetooth and analog sources can be transmitted as AES67-compatible AoIP streams, while it can also decode and output network audio locally.
A crisp 128 × 64 OLED display paired with four front-panel buttons allows local control: volume adjustment, device pairing, and menu navigation. Metadata like track info appears on-screen, and up to 7 paired Bluetooth devices are remembered for quick reconnections. For discreet installations, the display and buttons can be disabled remotely via the web interface or programmatically.
